An incredible experience in Peru. Every detail is well thought out and tested. The flavors are remarkable and service professional and kind. Each course comes with a lovely card that makes up the menu at the end. Local pottery, handmade paper are just a few of the artisan products used throughout the meal. Oh yes and the chocolate!!!! They use every part of the cacao bean for their desserts and chocolate bars.
